These natural variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

For export and bulk agricultural orders, refund and return terms are confirmed before shipment. Once goods are dispatched, responsibility follows the agreed delivery terms. Therefore, post-shipment refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
